Cant sleep?

Have you had ever thought "HELP! I Can't Sleep" Other tools and techniques are available, here is a brief look: Insomnia can become a chronic problem or a once in a while event. Not getting enough sleep can have devastating effects on one's cognitive (thinking/ reasoning) abilities as well as emotional and physical well being. Sleep problems, unable to quiet your mind, depression and physical upset can often be attributed to uncontrolled anxiety. To have a quiet mind means everything to the individual suffering from sleepless nights. Focusing on your slow breathing can be a big help, others write down their To Do list before going to bed - this helps remove the worry of forgetting. A warm bath or nice cup of bedtime tea can provide a soothing transition for others. If all of your efforts fail, there are Rx's from your doctor. Sweet dreams.
